I explore my own spiritual understanding, and your videos have been greatly appreciated. If atoms make up everything that we view as solid, including our bodies, are not the same atoms that existed when we were a child, how then does our body age? Do we receive old atoms that form our skin? How does a tattoo continue to exist on the skin that is replaced by new atoms? The fact that we age throws a curve ball into this theory. I would really appreciate if you could explain this?

      Hi Gail,
Atoms are the fundamental building blocks of all things. They are not cells (which age). According a study from Washington University, there are approximately 100 trillion atoms in a human cell.
Cells die. Atoms don’t. Atoms move around constantly and they make up what we perceive as reality.

Hi Ky, Thanks for your response, but that does not anwer my question. The video states that the atoms that make up our bodies leave our bodes and are replaced by new atoms and we a virtually 99% empty space. If cells die, then and atoms leave and are replaced with new cells, then how does our skin age or a tattoo stay on the skin and appear exactly the same over a lifetime?. If the skin is 99% empty space then how can this happen. I am not disagreeing with the science, just asking for a clear explanation, that’s all.

          Hi Gail,
It is very hard to bend ones head around, for our perception of reality makes it very difficult.
To think of it another way; when you go to the cinema to watch a movie, you are watching moving images on the movie screen. Some things in the movie change some things look the same, but all images in the movie are made from light particles being fired from a projector. The characters in the movie may look the same throughout the picture, but the particles of light that make their image are continually changing.

Hi Ky, yes it is very difficult to wrap one’s brain around this science, but I have an open mind to everything and that is why I enjoy these videos. I question almost everything and sometimes feel very alone in these thoughts. I gave up on religion at the age of 13 and do believe that we are divine eternal spiritual beings having a human experience. This belief is the only logic to explain all the good and bad events on this planet. Religion never clicked with me, spirituality does.

You’re not alone, lots of people think about this kind of stuff, they’re just spread around the planet :) You’ve got to be careful you don’t crazy thinking about it lol

    Thanks

As it appears that we are already imprisoned in a 3D simulation, namely a holographic world created by our brain, for what reason is this never acknowledged by scientists when they discuss their holographic and simulation theories.

Seems like what we experience seems to follow whatever our belief system is at any given moment. What is truth? Is it reality? Well, what is reality? It seems logical that when we die, our human bodies cease to exist. It’s a fact. Now, the question is, what happens after that? Does our consciousness ( spirit, if you prefer ) seek out another body, another life, and do this over again? If this is the case, most of us do not remember any past lives.
When you entertain the thought that we might be living in a simulation, it seems plausible. Could it be we will find the ” truth ” when we die?
